College Update #1

Well... Hmm I'm loving College! I don't think i would rather be doing anything else at this point. It is a great opportunity for me to meet people and as my father is diligently trying to work into my head, gain and education and prepare for a mission. Both of which i feel i am doing to a high degree.

My classes have never been better! I am getting all A's so far. I took a Book of Mormon Test Tonight and received 95% on it. WOW! I Love It! My teacher is amazing he always brings the spirit into the class and lets it take over. Not only that but i look up to him for the great accomplishments he has made and for the excitement he instills in his students to serve an honorable mission.

My Child Development Class Is Great! I taugh the class about Teaching Infants sign language on monday and Recieved a 99% on my Presentation. I was way shocked. But she thouroughly enjoyed my presentation.

In My weight training class i am getting higher and higher in the weights. We had a pre mid-term test this last monday and i Lifted much more on certain lifts than i thought i could.

I was feeling pretty good when i walked out of that class. Somethings i definitely need a lot more work but as you can see i'm doing pretty good in other areas.

Other than classes a love the atmosphere here in idaho! It is wonderful! Nothing has ever compared in my life. As my missionary Book of Mormon Teacher was telling us one of his students said it was like living EFY for 14 weeks. It truly is. The spirit is amazing and people's attitudes make me smile. I Love it! I Love FHE i Love my ward i love the friends i have and again i wouldn't rather be anywhere else.

Oh. I also let Sarah and Laurel Cut my hair a little while ago. They did pretty good but i still need a real haircut. I'm pretty sure they just like being able to play hairdresser. It was fun and turned out ok!
i am trying to grow some killer sideburns. They are growing in thicker and thicker every month... lol. I'm trying. Its not working as fast or as well as i would like but i'm trying.

Truama Nurses Talk Tough

Today i had the wonderful opportunity to see pictures of horrific car crashes, and the results of stupid choices. Some statistics made life a bit more important to me and i now have a greater awareness and respect for those who earnestly obey the speed limit.

Some things we take for granted:
Safety Belts
Privelage of Drivers License

One of the biggest things i learned today was that Speed at which all of the aspects of your life can come to a screeching halt. Litterally.

The nurse really worked into my head at least, that our bodys are strong enough for speeds as fast as we can run. Any speed over that we can become seriously injured.

5 Quick Points to Safer Driving/Riding

1) ALWAYS WEAR A SAFETY BELT!!! Do not place the shoulder strap behind you! It prevents your head from hitting the steering wheel and can save not only your life but your lower body.
2) NEVER DRIVE DRUNK!!! You making the decision to drive drunk is making the decision to possibly kill yourself and others around you. It never ends in a good sight. I saw way to many gorey pictures and it was all from people who thought they could still drive!
3) DRIVE THE SPEED LIMIT!!! When you speed to get somewhere faster you only really shave off a few minutes. The Rest of your life with full mobility is much more important than those 4-6 minutes you take off of a sports event or meeting. They can wait. Your Life Will Not!
4) ENCOURAGE OTHERS!!! If you love someone you would be stupid not to care if they aren't wearing a safety belt. Do Not Encourage High Risk Driving.
5) ELIMINATE DISTRACTIONS!!! Aside from Alcohol Distractions is one of the Largest cuases of crashes. Do not fuss with your radio don't reach down to pick up the CD that fell on the floor. Always be aware and in control of what happens in your car. If conditions call for it Pull over.

I Wish Everyone could sit through this course! 8 hours of Eye opening pictures and real life victims that have made mistakes or have been effected by those mistakes others made.

MMS Ringtones.

So. I got a new phone. The Samsung Sync with ATT.

While in the store i recieved a free ringtone with the purchase of my new phone. I wanted to badly to get more ringtones without paying $3 a ringtone. So i was looking all over for MMS. My plan has free MMS. i tried sending it through email and miserably failed. UNTIL! i noticed that each message i sent from my phone to my email had a different email. 503******@txt.att.net
503******@pix.att.net and

once i found out that the mms had a different email, i sent the audio files as attatchments to the email. Using Gmail. It worked! I now have 15 new ringtones. :)

Gathering mp3 ringtones from websites such as

or you can download a program and edit the audio file to whatever peice in the song you like. Most ringtones are around 25 seconds.

www.download.com. and search for Goldwave Audio there you can edit the files yourself.

1)Get service MMS email for your phone number (send an mms to you email from your phone)
2)Gather MP3 or MIDI ringtones (download to a new file to attatch later)
3)Attatch file in email.
4) Once recieved on phone wait until it plays then/ or options save items.
